Priority deadline:  May 31, 2026

Important Note:  January 2, 2026 is the earliest you can complete the Housing Agreement if you are enrolling for the fall 2026 semester.

Log into MyWestfield, find the "Living on Campus" card on your homepage or on the Campus Life page. On the Living on Campus card, select the MyHousing link. You can also use this direct link to access the StarRez Portal.  Once you are logged in, please complete the steps below:

  1. The Housing Agreement will be available to complete beginning on Friday, January 2, 2026. Roommate requests are guaranteed when received by Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
  2. Students will have the opportunity to rank their preferred halls and rooms when completing the application.  Students will be placed based on their preferences by Friday, June 5, 2026.  Students will have the opportunity to match with roommates and create roommate groups.
  3. Within the Housing Agreement, students can create a roommate profile and search for potential roommates.  Already have a roommate in mind?  Students who create a roommate group, and confirm their match no later than Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 11:59p.m., are GUARANTEED to have housing with their requested roommate.  Beginning Monday, June 1, 2026, roommate requests can only be honored in space allows.

Any students needing to live on campus year-round, should contact the Residential Life Office to complete a 12-month Housing Application.
